I
am disabled/elderly and want to recycle – will you pick
my box up from my house and take it to the truck?
Yes,
we can arrange this but you need to contact us first
rather than just asking a Driver/Loader to do this for
you.
If you contact us we will ask you a few short questions
and then if appropriate add your address onto our list
of Approved Assisted Deliveries. Each week our crew will
then be able to collect your kerbside box/bag from the
arranged collection point outside your property and take
it to the truck to empty.
However, please note that our staff are not permitted to
enter your property to collect your box/bag; they must
be put outside the door for them.
